I was a bit disappointed with the first Clinic where I had my four sessions done. I don’t want to mention the Suburb name here. Because I am here to share about the best part or best thing that happened to me after that experience. I chose Chatswood Clinic for my added sessions just because my workplace is right next door. Guess what, I am so glad for making this decision, the girls here are so friendly, professional and supportive, they will try everything to make you feel comfortable with whatever you’re there for. They don’t rush or finishes you off in a minute, they will ask you if you’re ready, if you needed some wet wipes, is it too hot and ask you about how you feeling after the service. I feel like they are valuing me so well as a costumer and I truly respect them for their professional skills. I am too comfortable with one of the girl, I am so sorry, I forgot to ask her name, next time I surely will mention her name. Yesterday was my second time with them, but I am already liking them. I will provide one more review after some more sessions. Thank you

Results may vary. Always pleasant staff but variable effectiveness of treatment. Some make sure they do every zap one next to the other while some wave the laser like a wand while it intermittently zaps. Ended up with several entirely missed sections and others with patchy missed parts due to inattention and inability to tell where they’ve been. Missed sections were fixed for free. Missed patches were always explained away as hairs not being in the right phase to be treated and normal variance. Given they say 80% of hairs (in the right phase) will be successfully treated, mathematically it should be clear given the number of sessions I’ve had, and it’s not. I tried Laser Clinics Australia before these guys, they’re just the same. Baseline training needs to be improved but there is no financial incentive for the business to do that.
