I have always had a great experience with the ladies here, Katarina always looks after me regarding anti wrinkle and professional advise, she’s very honest and one thing I do like is the team don’t try and upsell you on loads of products like other places, feels much more genuine here! Nothing worse than being strung along to feel like you have to purchase something you don’t need so thanks ladies for making me feel comfortable when I see you all. I’ve been with them for some time and done multiple treatments in multiple areas. But I had some complaints about my hairs growing back like the treatments didn’t happen, and their franchise had moved me multiple times because they closed down (Clear Skincare) it was very inconvenient to go all the way to Mosman. But when I came in with my complaints, the therapist gave me some much needed help and informed me of some other clinics I could try. She also recommended another wavelength and gave an in depth explanation of the differences and the issues. She was super friendly, understanding, supportive and helpful. A shame I didn’t catch her name, but she needs a promotion.
