Very disappointing experience with one of the staff members (Caucasian lady). I’m not sure of her name, but her unwelcoming behaviour genuinely made me feel like I shouldn’t have entered the store. I arrived at around quarter to 6 and rang the bell as instructed by the sign on the door. She seemed visibly annoyed that I followed the instruction and was quite rude to me in front of another customer. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but that shouldn’t be taken out on customers. It left a very poor impression and made me not want to return.
