Ladies (and blokes) if you are looking for a 5 star professional spa experience look no further than the team of Dali, Kat and Sapphire at Urban Spa Neutral. I have been frequenting this Spa for 12 months now following a “rip off” experience in Mosman. Hydrofacials; micro derm and needling are the treatments I go for (1 alternate every month) making my yearly needs so affordable with their loyalty programs. The results have been super amazing also. I find the Tranquil escape experience luxurious and generous and the therapists very experienced. I really enjoy my urban spa moments. I also sent my 17 year old for a tranquil escape experience and she loved it and the therapist was so helpful in talking to her about her skin and how she could be helping her skin stay healthy

I absolutely loved my HydraFacial at Urban Spa – it was such a calming and relaxing experience, and my skin felt amazing afterwards. The only downside was the sales pitch that followed. I completely understand offering products and packages, but I did feel a bit pressured having to say no 5 times. It took away slightly from the overall experience, especially after such a peaceful treatment. I also later noticed I’d been overcharged, though the team were helpful when I called and have since applied a credit to my account. Hoping for a more seamless experience next time, as the facial itself was so nice!
