Vicky is so professional, attentive and lovely! From fitting me in last minute for a 5pm Friday appointment when I phoned in on Thursday to efficiently sending me pre-treatment forms and details I felt very taken care of even before the actual appointment. She was very detailed orientated, taking the time to make sure the treatment was performed correctly and regularly checking in with me on if I was in any pain. Moreover, she explained which of my concerns the treatment was best suited to and seemed very passionate and knowledgable about aesthetic treatments.
