After treatment, I was able to walk out with the confidence to go and have lunch in public with friends, as Natalie was so gentle with my face leaving me with no red marks from the treatment. She offered expert advice when I was unsure about a few areas of hypopigmentation on my forehead, putting my worries at ease.
