I contacted Kelly a few weeks ago after experiencing a bad acne flare that left me feeling really self-conscious. Kelly was incredibly responsive and fit me in to see her straight away. I was impressed from my very first appointment. Kelly took the time to go through all of my hair, skin and makeup products, as well as my diet, medications and supplements, to help identify any potential triggers for the flare-up. After just a few tailored treatments and prescribed dermaviduals products, my skin has improved significantly. Another important mention is that I’m pregnant, so there are limitations around what I can safely use or do for my skin. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable and mindful of this and has still achieved great results. What stands out most is that Kelly genuinely cares. She checks in regularly, asks for photo updates, and her prices are very reasonable for her services. Thank you Kelly!

I contacted Kelly because I was looking for a facial and saw she had really good reviews on Google. She replied to my message very quickly, and at the time she was actually in China, but she still took the time to speak with me and understand my skin and what I needed. When I saw her, she did a proper skin assessment and she did extractions. What I appreciated the most was that she didn’t try to sell me a bunch of treatments. She was very honest and recommended what she genuinely thought was best for my skin, and we made a plan to do microneedling next month. She’s very professional and also very easy to talk to, and you can tell she really cares about doing the right thing for your skin. I felt very comfortable with her and trusted her advice.
