Every single staff member I’ve dealt with has been warm, professional and genuinely caring. They take the time to listen, explain each step of the treatment, and check in constantly to make sure I’m comfortable. You can really tell they care about getting the best results for you, not just getting you in and out. The clinic is spotless, well-organised, and runs on time, but what really sets them apart is the attention to detail during each treatment. They’re thorough without rushing, they remember your concerns from previous visits, and they always make sure you understand your aftercare. After my bad experience elsewhere, finding Laser Clinics Broadway has been such a relief. My results have been fantastic, my skin has never felt better, and I actually look forward to my appointments now. I've been coming to Broadway for laser for a while now but just had a skin needing treatment with Sofia and she was wonderful. I had a very disappointing experience at Laser Clinics Broadway. When I first purchased my package, the staff encouraged me to buy more by offering a promotion, saying that if anything expired, they could “re-open” it for me. I specifically raised concerns because I would be away during holidays, and I was reassured not to worry about expiry. If expired sessions cannot actually be used, then why was I told otherwise at the time of purchase to convince me to buy more? This feels misleading and dishonest. I did not call to purchase anything new. I explicitly said I only wanted to use my remaining prepaid sessions. Your staff checked my account and told me I still had neck and lip sessions available, and based on that information, I proceeded to book the appointment. This clearly indicates that, according to your own system and staff, these sessions were still valid at the time of booking. So why was I later told they could not be used? However, when I arrived, there was confusion about which areas I had left (underarms and neck vs. underarms and upper lip). I repeatedly asked the staff to check and confirm properly, as I only wanted to use what I had already paid for. Despite this, no proper verification was done. The most unacceptable part was at checkout — I was told I needed to pay again. This is completely unreasonable. I had already prepaid for these treatments, and I was explicitly told at the time of purchase that expiry would not be an issue. I also confirmed everything again when booking. Even after I repeatedly asked the staff to verify that my sessions were prepaid, no one took responsibility to check. This level of carelessness and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. It is not acceptable for staff to dismiss responsibility by saying “it wasn’t me who served you.” This reflects a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and internal communication. I strongly advise others not to go to this clinic. There is a clear lack of integrity and customer service.

I felt uncomfortable during my appointment. The staff member made comments about the amount of hair on my body, which came across as rude and unnecessary. I clearly explained which areas I wanted treated, however some parts were not done, and when I asked, I was told it would not be done due to “responsibility,” even though I understood the situation and would not be able to rebook as I am leaving the country. I expected a more respectful and client-focused approach.
