I would highly recommend Dr Anes Yang. After years of disappointing and difficult experiences with other dermatologists, I am so grateful to have found Dr Anes. She is so supportive, empathetic, trustworthy, and highly skilled. I am very happy to put my care in her hands, and her expertise always leaves me feeling reassured and confident. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you also to the lovely reception team who always make me feel very welcome and looked after. There are a lot of mixed reviews but I've always found the clinic to be good. It really depends which Dr you see as some are good and a couple are not so good. I've had minor procedures here and they've been very professional and well done with minimal scarring. My annual skin check is fast and efficient ( although I do wish they'd pull the blinds even though there's no direct neighbours). I much preferred their old location though. The tower has an amazing view but the building is not as easy to access, especially for those with disabilities - the old building had a designated disability space right at the door and a convenient drop-off spot, this building is difficult to stop in front of and requires a bit of a walk from parking. And the lifts, ugh they are the worst. I've waited almost 20mins for the lift sometimes and by then there are so many people waiting you're all crammed in wall to wall which would be a nightmare for anyone with even mild claustrophobia. Allow extra time for the lift (quicker to use the service one). A little bit pricey, but overall it is a good clinic.

Most horrible experience ever.. Dr Penny Lee is so inappropriate and rude and made me feel so uncomfortable everytime I had to see her saying the most inappropriate comments to me when I was dealing with guttate psoriasis and the nurses made me feel so uncomfy too.. they had no idea I had been in a car accident too and were just so rude every time I had to go in for uvb treatment.. the receptionists were lovely tho. Go to Bondi dermatology around the corner and it is free UVB well under Medicare and everyone there is sooo lovely. Defo don’t see Penny Lee she’s absolutely horrible.

If you choose this place, be prepared for a long wait and the rudest reception I’ve experienced. There was one lady on reception who openly berated a patient, once she asked to return after a long wait, repeatedly to her colleague. It was loud enough for all to hear, she divulged the patients name and said things like ‘get a life, be more organised, not our problem’ etc all behind this patients back. I found it highly unprofessional, breaching patient privacy and super petty. Get out of customer service if you hate people that much. I won’t return. Management should manage the people on the front desk as while the others were not engaging, they didn’t tell her to stop.
