This was my first time doing the Fat Freeze treatment. I was quite nervous and had a lot of questions, but I’m so grateful for the Wynyard team for being there with me. Everyone was so lovely, supportive, and welcoming. They took the time to discuss everything about the treatment and were patient while I made my decision. I never felt any pressure or sales push, just genuine care and encouragement. That’s honestly the main reason I decided to continue with the HIFU treatment with the team. The results may vary for everyone, but personally, I’ve received many compliments from family and friends, even from people who had no idea I’d done the treatment! There’s still room for improvement, but I already feel more confident and happy with myself. I’ve also recommended my friends to come for treatment after they saw my improvement. Body image and self confidence can be such sensitive topics, so being able to find a place that’s truly supportive and gentle makes all the difference. I had a fantastic light therapy treatment at the clinc and AI skin assessment. After a month of also using their LED Lumedica at home I noticed an improvement of skin quality and firmness and reduced puffiness. I also follow a healthy lifestyle and diet that reduces inflammation and helps collagen production, I’m turning 50 years old this year. And I’m happy with how I look.

Rachel: wow! After having a lovely phone conversation for a consultation the day before, arriving here was incredible. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and caring. The intake and consultation was fantastic. Informative: Rachel knows her stuff! She guided me on my concerns, possible treatments, and what to avoid. This is my first time being deeply coached for these kind of treatments. She also gave me a program that if I were to continue my treatments back home, since I am traveling on holiday. There was no upselling, just a genuine concern and care for the results I wanted. She also guided me on future concerns: what to do and what not to do, as far as other areas of concern. That level of care and transparency is unmatched. Unbeatable! Rachel also was considerate to my price range, and she said something really important to me: “This is about you, for you.” I loved how she guided how feeling good internally and externally—alignment—is so huge and important. The treatment rooms were quiet, pleasant, and comfortable. I did the freezing treatment and embody. Both were done professionally, tastefully, and with care. This is only one session. Thats okay: because just that level of care is enough for me to feel amazing. I love Rachel’s enthusiasm and guidance. Star player. The other staff were so caring, sensitive and nice. Very rude management today ,my partner went in for his session just to be greeted by a person who claim to be the manager with full bad attitude , and when he mentioned the attitude "the answer was i cant do anything about that then that person point to staff giving her an order to start the treatment after she took a full payment. I just couldn't believe that a medical clinic in the CBD dealing with professional clients has a management behave this way. Making your client feel uncomfortable right before the start of treatment , ordering your staff to start a treatment only after taking full payment of full advanced treatments " where in the medical text book or the medical industry do they train you to do that" Very disappointing especially after i told this to two of your clients who recommended this clinic as well and who has similar interaction with management and who agree with me that this is just unacceptable and encouraged me to leave this review. i believe management should be supportive to both clients and staff and not just rules a kingdom of self own. I felt very bad for my partner especially i was the one who recommended this clinic to him after hearing good things from two of your clients.
