I’ve been coming to Laser Clinics Australia Eastgardens for hair removal and have always had a fantastic experience. Maria is absolutely wonderful—she’s incredibly patient, listens attentively, and is so thorough with every treatment. I always feel comfortable and well cared for in her hands. The manager is also fantastic and runs a great team. The clinic itself is clean, welcoming, and always a pleasure to visit. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to this clinic for over three years, and since the new manager, Olesia, started, I’ve noticed a huge improvement. Olesia is an exceptional therapist — she does an amazing job with my facials, and I’ve seen such great results in my skin. I also see Antoinette for my injections, and she’s truly a miracle worker! I highly recommend this clinic — it’s by far the best in Westfield Eastgardens!

I have been a client of Laser Clinics since approximately 2019, which makes writing this review particularly disappointing. Initially loved the clinic but now I'd warn anyone to think twice before going here. There has been such a decline in professionalism at this clinic and it's so disappointing. To put it lightly, the girls are incredibly rude and too young so they lack the maturity, professionalism and still have high-school mean girl herd mentality to properly provide care you need your technicians to have when you're doing laser treatments. Unfortunately, the only adult I've had the displeasure of dealing with is the Manager and she is sadly no better. She has a "it's not my problem" "not my responsibility" (her words not mine). In a clinic providing cosmetic and laser treatments, that kind of response and attitude is alarming and negligent. If you take the time to really read the reviews, a lot of the negative experiences are 100% accurate and I wish I had paid attention to them sooner. I moved away from Laser Clinics entirely and just switched to a different clinic and the difference in professionalism and care has been a breath of fresh air. Please spend your money somewhere worthwhile - there are plenty of other clinics out there! EDIT: I've reposted my review and added a screenshot of my booking to verify my review. Their response to my initial review makes it seem as though what I'm saying about them was not credible because they couldn't "locate a client file under my name" in their system. It was an awful attempt to evade any real accountability and do damage control more than anything - which has been consistent with my experience with them unfortunately.
