I had my surgery conducted by Kat and Liz and they were amazing. I've never done any procedure like this before, and I felt so comfortable for the entire day. I was talked through every step of the process, and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. Not to mention, the atmosphere in the theatre was so relaxed. Mr SP also made my day. I booked an appointment and was given the next available date 3 weeks later. The day before, I emailed to confirm and was told that my appointment had not actually been confirmed. No one had contacted me prior. I had already cleared my work schedule to attend and this was a significant decision for me. Had I not followed up myself, I would have arrived for an appointment that didn’t exist. Overall, this was a very disappointing and inconvenient experience and I found the process unprofessional. I also felt that there was little ownership taken or effort made to provide a solution when I raised the issue. Do not book with this place.

I had a disappointing experience with ICCM. During my consultation, I was informed that the surgery would cost approximately $4,000 to $6,500. However, the final quote was $7,500, and additional hospital and anesthetic fees brought the total to $11,700. The lack of transparency and clear communication regarding the extra costs was quite frustrating. I hope they can improve their communication and be upfront about all potential fees in the future.
