I had an incredible experience at 99medispa! I went in for a facial and was blown away by the care and attention to detail. They double cleansed, exfoliated, and took the time to gently extract all my hormonal acne. My skin was already feeling refreshed and dewy when I left, but the real magic happened a few days later—my skin looked amazing! Clear, smooth, and glowing. I can’t wait to go back. Extremely not recommended. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They completely ignore inquiries—if you can not decide the date of an in-person consultation, the consulter simply disregards your questions and behaves very rudely. Aesthetic clinics are everywhere nowadays. Do we have so much money that we don’t know where to spend it? Why would we choose your clinic? The positive reviews online are probably fake and paid for.

Was let down by the service. Picosure laser treatment, was expecting face to be cleansed - this was not done. The laser itself was less than 5 mins with no aftercare for a price which was not cheap. Lady at front desk aggressive and pushy. Will not be returning unfortunately
